When should I RSVP by?

Answer

In order to get the most accurate count to our vendors, we would love for you to RSVP by June 30th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony at 3:15-3:30 to allow you time to grab a fan and find your seat for the ceremony to start at 3:45!

Transportation To/From the Venue?

Answer

There is an abundance of parking at the wedding venue. Cars can be left overnight as long as they are picked up the following day by noon. Due to the location of our venue, if you are planning at all to need an Uber home, we recommend you schedule it prior to the wedding date. Please schedule the Uber for 9:30 as the venue would like us gone by 10pm. The address for pickup is on the invitation.

Dietary Restrictions

We will be having a buffet style pizza bar with salad, but also are aware that some might need modifications to the food. In our RSVP, you will see a dietary restrictions questions, please fill that out, and we will be reaching out to you on how we can best acconmodate that.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Dress-up, but also make sure you are comfortable and considering the hot August weather. We care more about how you will celebrate with us, then what you wear. Essentially, be ready to have a good time and break it down on the dance floor. If you have any questions regarding attire, please feel free to reach out!

Where can I stay?

Answer

If you click the travel button, you will see what Airport you will want to fly into, as well as some hotel options for you to stay at. Please let us know if you have questions regarding this.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding is a mix of both. The ceremony will be held outside, and we will be sitting in the direct sun. We are hoping to keep it short, but are also providing fans for you to utilize. The reception will be held both inside and outside, but it will be fully shaded.

Can I bring a child or a plus-one?

Answer

Due to the limited capacity that our venue offers, we ask that you stick to who is on your RSVP list as that is what we have accounted for. We also are trying to mix blended families and friendships, so if there is someone you feel we might have missed please reach out.

Unplugged Ceremony/POV app?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that you are completely unplugged, as we have hired an amazing photographer who will get all the shots we are hoping for. However, during the reception, everyone will be asked to download an app called POV where you will be able to take up to 25 photos. The next day you will be able to see everyone's photos and a whole snapshot of the evening!
