Group Walk
1:15 pm
For those who are able to make it down before check-in on Friday, we are thinking of going on a short family-friendly walk. We will update you once we have a better idea of the time and place and if it will be possible.
Check-In & Afternoon Tea
3:00 pm
Check-in is anytime after 3:00PM. Join us in the lodge once you are settled in. We can't wait to see you and catch up!
Dinner
6:30 pm
Dinner is served family-style in the lodge at 6:30 PM. Please let us know if you anticipate arriving later than 6:30 PM.
Campfire & Games
8:00 pm
The evening is yours! Join us in the lodge for a drink or around the campfire if the weather holds up (permitting there is no fire ban). We also plan to organize some games if you're up to some friendly competition.

Wedding Morning
8:00 am
Breakfast is served between 8:00AM and 9:00AM. Begin your 2-course breakfast with a continental spread of fresh fruit, pastries, and more before your hot entrée. Don't forget to grab your bagged lunch before you venture off! Spend the morning and early afternoon as you please! We've compiled some of our favourite activities and nearby spots under the "Things to Do" tab.
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Please join us on the balcony for our wedding ceremony.
Photos, Charcuterie & Cocktails
4:00 pm
While we take photos, grab a drink and enjoy snacks from the grazing platter.
Reception
6:15 pm
Fill your glasses and make your way to the dining room. Dinner will be served at 6:30PM. (Attending this event will be considered an RSVP for the entire weekend, not just the reception dinner)

Sunday Farewell
11:00 am
Breakfast will be served from 8:00AM-9:00AM. Don't forget your bagged lunch! Checkout time is 11:00AM. For anyone who is interested in doing a hike/walk this afternoon, we are hoping to do Tyrst Lake ~2hrs. We will likely confirm this the weekend of!
