Good at literally everything she touches, with a pure and humble heart, Kailey is honored to have her sister stand by her side June 4th. Matt and Kailey love watching Amber play softball, sing her heart out, and pursue her dreams after she graduates this May! When Amberly begins her doctorate program, Kailey and Matt hope they may score an extra part-time roommate. Mainly so Kailey has someone else to sing Hamilton with. But also because Amber is always ready to selflessly be whatever you may be needing- someone to jam out with, a listening ear, a cuddle buddy, a comedian to laugh at, an athlete to exercise with (or in Kailey’s world… go on a walk with), and above all, an incredible sister and friend. She rarely asks for anything herself, but deserves the absolute world. We love you, Amber! Thank you for everything you are doing to help make our day a “Home Run”!! (You knew I had to throw a pun in there somewhere) Also…Taking bets now on who will cry more at the wedding: Kailey or Amber?
Nick Drew aka “Noodle”
Co-Best Man
Nick Drew (aka “Noodle”) Noodle is Matt’s brother and life long best friend. From the time they were kids they did everything together from sports in the backyard, wrestling, video games, and bags- all with the most intense competition possible. Matt and Nick went to the same college (Go Hawks!) and continued to value spending time with one another. Matt and Kailey are greatly anticipating Noodle’s one liners and stupid quips in his Best Man speech. They couldn’t imagine having anyone else standing up there next to Matt as his best man.
Karoline Walczak
Co-Maid of Honor
The shenanigans these two have been through together, few would understand. Kailey has always appreciated just how well Karoline has always known her- it's almost as if she can read her thoughts. From traveling together, sleeping-in together, and running-late together, these two are an inseparable pair. They’ve spent countless hours watching scary movies together, eating Hot Cheetos together, playing pranks on each other (read: Karoline pranking Kailey), and getting through this thing called life together. Karoline is always there for those who need her, including talking Kailey off the molehills that look like mountains time after time, without ever batting at eye. Karoline is that solution-oriented, hilarious, friend that everyone needs. While Kailey misses being college roommates and seeing her every day, she is so grateful that their friendship has continued to grow. Thank you, for all that you are doing to make sure we love our special day... almost as much as we love you!
Anthony Cerasuolo

Matt and Anthony met in the 7th grade in the halls of JFK Middle School. They have been best friends ever since. Matt and Anthony have always shared the same humor, dumb inside jokes, and love for bringing their friends together. Even though they went to college in different states, the two’s friendship never skipped a beat. The duo now work together every day and continue on the same shenanigans they did in 7th grade. Anthony always find a way to turn the party up a notch, so be grateful that we will not be serving Rumplelmintz at the wedding!
Ally Rodriguez

We love our littlest sister!! Matt can hardly fathom how young Ally was when he first met her, and the couple are always amazed at what a beautiful, fun, incredible young lady she has grown into. Kailey sees so much of herself in Ally, so she loves to hear about her life and see what advice she may have to give. Matt, too! But Ally is so special to us too, because she has the biggest heart and unmatched strength. She is comforting to just be around, and always down to share a meal together (Kailey’s love language!). She makes a mean smoothie, and will always ask if you’d like her to make you one too. The answer is always yes. Ally loves dressing up in coordinating sibling outfits for holidays almost as much as Kailey does, and they have a hundred photos to prove it (Matt knows it well, he took all the pictures). The couple love Ally and love to cheer her on in all her endeavors- with many more soon to come! Love you, Alvocado!
Jordan Hartanovich

Jordan and Matt met in high school and quickly became friends. They quickly related with their love of baseball, the Cubs, and video games. Back then, Jordan’s favorite past time was ding-dong ditching Matt’s house, and watching Ray walk outside all angry. Matt wouldn’t be surprised if he still goes and rings the doorbell for nostalgic purposes. Jordan and Matt stayed close all of these years through playing Xbox with each other frequently and talking nearly every day. Jordan is the type of friend that will always make you feel heard, respected, and appreciated. Matt is still waiting for Jordan to hit it big in poker so that he can help pay for this wedding.
Emmy Bender

Emmy and Kailey's friendship goes back all the way to freshman year of high school. Emmy and Matt's goes back almost just as far too. From high school prom, off-campus lunches, summer break week-long sleepovers; to adult wine nights, friend vacations, and growing traditions- this friendship has evolved into something both irreplaceable and indescribable. Emmy is grammar master and the world’s most eloquent writer, amongst her many talents, but even she would not be able to put into words the depth of friendship she shares with both Kailey and Matt. Emmy is so loving, in both the boldest and softest ways. She knows how to make everyone around her feel important and valued and heard, and this is one of the couple's favorite qualities of Emmy... that, and her uncanny ability to remember everyone she meets’ birthdays. Ben Coverick

Matt and Ben met on the first day of college as next-door dorm neighbors. From that day on, the two were essentially inseparable as the lived together for the next 3 years of college. If you know Ben, you know he is one of the most selfless and generous friends you will ever have. Whether it be 2am nights on the Eden dance floor, or double dates with our lovely ladies, Matt and Ben always have a great time. One of Matt’s favorite memories with Ben was going on an unreal trip together to Maui. With our open bar at the wedding, Ben’s probably hoping to see a reemergence of “Maui Matt”. Please hold the rum-floaters.
Maddie Westbrook

My dancing queen! Kailey and Maddie started their friendship in college as sorority Big/Little's turned into besties. The duo spent every day dancing and singing through life together. They aren't sure if a day has gone by that they've spent together where this trend hasn't continued, actually. But Maddie isn't just a dance partner, she is a kind and loving friend. Maddie is an adventurous soul and Kailey loves to try out new things and places together, forming memories in everything they do. Maddie and Kailey lived together as college roommates too, so while they continue their friendship cross-country now and miss the days of late wine and movie nights in, there is no shortage of love! Maddie is so easy to love, and makes friends everywhere she goes. Kailey and Matt are so grateful to have Maddie's fun and loving spirit in their lives- we love you!!
Bryan Cynova

Matt met Bryan on their first day of pledging their fraternity in college. They continued on their friendship for the rest of their time at Iowa being close friends and roommates. After graduating, Matt has always appreciated that Bryan has always made it a point to visit Matt in every state and location he has lived in since. From Orlando, to Des Moines, to good ole’ Woodridge, Bryan never fails to make their friendship a priority as he has traveled in himself from living in California or D.C. They look forward to finally being closer in distance as Bryan soon moves back to Chicago after graduating to begin his career as a lawyer. Matt can’t wait for the free legal advice!

Our beautiful, wonderful Breena! Kailey and Breena have really gone through it all: from roommates in a dingy old college apartment, to adulthood working in the education field, getting married, and becoming homeowners, some things still never change. The amount of memories these two have together is uncountable- but many of them involve Taco Bell of course. While Breena refuses to watch horror movies with Kailey, the two love to watch reality tv shows together with a good cheese tray and wine or marg. Breena always makes room for their friendship, and is always in Kailey's corner. Breena is the kind of "good time" where you always leave her company feeling happier than you did before. Kailey and Matt couldn't imagine celebrating their day without someone who has brought so much love to their life standing by their side! We love you, Breena!
Ryan Myers

Matt and Ryan met when they were 10 and 11 years old, being teammates in their wrestling club, but like Stephen, Matt and Ryan quickly became life long friends. Aside from the backyard sports, Blackhawks games, and inside jokes, Matt loved that Ryan always has a movie or TV quote prepared for literally any situation. Ryan is the kind of friend that will treat you like family, and he will always have your back. And Ryan always made Matt feel like he was an additional Myers sibling. Matt couldn’t be up there without one of his brothers. Side note-if Ryan asks if you want to play the hat game, it is in your best interest to say no.
Krista Kirchner-Ortiz

When Kailey thinks of Krista, the first thing that comes to mind is that she is the type of friend that everyone needs! Krista has always been a light in this life, full of love and laughs, and always ready to dance! The two first became friends in college, and have continued to watch their friendship grow, never wavering. Kailey has always admired how Krista, though a long distance friendship, never fails to make sure Kailey is feeling loved and thought of. Kailey looks forward to their long phone calls and face times, and appreciates how Krista never forgets to check in- even when life gets crazy! Kailey loves that the two have spent time staying at each others homes on extended visits, and how they always make time to meet up for brunch and drinks in between. Krista is a safe listening ear, and always gives you the advice you needed to hear. Krista also has a green thumb, which Matt and Kailey are hoping will start rubbing off on them soon! We love you and your joyous, fun, soul Krista!!
Stephen Myers

Matt and Stephen met when they were 10 and 12 years old when they were teammates in their wrestling club. They quickly went from teammates to life long friends, as their families spent nearly every weekend together. They spent a majority of their time playing sports in the backyard, watching the Blackhawks win multiple Stanley Cups, and acquiring an unreasonable amount of inside jokes over time. And to this day, Matt and Stephen’s friendship has always been unwavering. The only difference is that now they can crack open some beers if they want to complain about how awful the Bears are right now. As long as no one brings up Sailor Jerry’s Spiced Rum, everyone should make it out of the wedding in one piece. Matt always viewed Stephen like a brother, and can’t wait for him to be standing up there with him on his wedding day.

One of the most beautiful inside & out ladies you will ever meet, we love our Alli P! Kailey met Alli in middle school, and has loved watching their friendship keep growing year after year, as they continue to celebrate all of life’s big moments together… always ready to cheer each other on! Kailey adores Alli’s radiant positivity and the fact that she is the epitome of lady boss vibes! Alli is a DIY queen, always has creative and helpful perspectives, and loves to support everyone around her. She is the type of friend that will go to a concert on a Thursday night of a band that she’s never listened to just to spend that quality time with her ladies. Her devotion to friendship is so acknowledged and always appreciated! We are so grateful to have this friendship that is full of such abundant love and laughs and ever-forming new memories! Drew Bolero

Matt and Drew met in 6th grade and soon after became very close friends. They remained friends through high school, continuing into college as they were freshman dorm roommates together. Drew is the kind of friend who you can always count on and who is always there to support at the drop of a hat. Matt and Drew have continued a strong friendship through their similar interests of Bdubs, tournament making, and sports- they even share season tickets to The Cubs. Matt has the honor of being one of Drew’s groomsmen in April, and is excited to continue enjoying life’s big moments together.
Ethan Rodriguez

Ethan is a one-of-a-kind human that Kailey and Matt are blessed to have as a brother. Ethan and Kailey are probably best known by their family for being the annoying duo who talks *ahem, critiques* through every movie they watch together. They love planning sibling dates together, learning together, and becoming adults together. Ethan always has something profound to say, when he's not otherwise breaking it down with goofy dance moves. He values spending time with his family, and always has something creative up his sleeve to make sure their time together is memorable. Ethan is the perfect person to help Kailey and Matt exchange their vows, not just because he is hilarious, but because he is kind and patient, selfless, and full of life- which is everything the couple hopes their marriage will be. Thank you, Ethan, for always keeping us on our toes, and giving togetherness such a wholesome feeling. We love you!
