What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in cocktail attire. For men, this means a suit (tie optional) or sports jacket and dress shirt. For women, a dress of any length (from above the knee to floor) is appropriate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes, pending weather, the ceremony will take place outdoors on a grassy knoll. Please keep this in mind regarding your footwear choices!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

No; please choose where you would like to stay! See the hotels listed on the "Travel" tab for a few options near the venue.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by mail or on our website by Wednesday, August 14th.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We will serve hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style, wood-fired pizza dinner.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a variety of beer and wine options plus two signature cocktails.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! However, please make sure to keep your phones away during the ceremony.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The venue is located conveniently off of I-40. Shuttles and/or car services are not provided, but Uber and Lyft are available for pick-up and drop-off.

Where can I park?

Answer

There is a spacious parking lot located in front of the Main House. Any cars left overnight MUST be collected by 10am Sunday, September 15th.

I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in the area?

Answer

Downtown Statesville, Troutman, and Mooresville are nearby and offer plenty of great restaurant and bar options. A few of our favorites include: Bottles & Taps (Troutman); 220 Cafe (Statesville); Lake Mountain Coffee (Statesville); Wine Maestro (Statesville); Barcelona Burger Bar (Mooresville); Murto Made Distillery (Mooresville)
