When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP for each event by May 20th so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Answer

Select alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. This event will be held on a college campus, so outside alcohol and all hard alcohol is strictly forbidden. Anyone breaking this rule will be removed from the event.

What is the parking situation for the welcome dinner?

Answer

Ample street parking is available in the secluded neighborhood.

What is the parking situation for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests may park for free in the lot directly in front of the Sesnon House. All cars must be picked up no later than Sunday at noon.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5pm. Please allow time beforehand for traffic and parking, and to find a seat. Keep in mind that Santa Cruz generally has heavy traffic on weekend afternoons, especially near the beaches and downtown areas.

Is there a dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please join us in formal attire. Fun fabrics and patterns that showcase guests' personal styles are encouraged. For the ceremony and dinner, guests will be seated in chairs on a manicured lawn (flats, wedges, or block heals recommended). Santa Cruz weather in June ranges from sunny and hot to foggy or overcast.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our caterer can accommodate only a limited range of dietary requests. Vegan and wheat-free options will be available. Our chefs double as the servers, so feel free to ask them any questions about the ingredients or preparation of the food. If you have a particular dietary need, please contact Sean or Kailee in advance to verify if the need can be accommodated.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. While there are small flights of optional steps, all areas of the venue are accessible via ADA ramps. Please let us know if you need any further accommodations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Guest of all ages will be in attendance. All invited guests' names are printed on the invitation envelopes.
