Question

Where can I find parking?

Answer

Street parking may be challenging in San Francisco with metered parking available. There are a number of garages to park at and we recommend the Civic Garage Center, across the street from the City Hall Building 355 McAllister Street San Francisco, CA 94102 https://www.sfmta.com/garages-lots/civic-center-garage

Question

What if I'm not part of the 6 party limit?

Answer

While City Hall civil ceremonies describe a limit of up to 6 guests to the ceremony, officiants have accommodated additional guests according the experiences of many others who have had the ceremony conducted the same way. We'd love everyone to show up and we hope that the officiant can make such accommodations, whereever they will take us in the City Hall building. Lastly, we would love to have photos with everyone at City Hall, regardless of the guest limit. We hope you can stay throughout the duration and meet with us to take photos in the building!

Question

It's 12:30 - Where the heck are Kaila and Vince?

Answer

Vince and Kaila will be meeting the officiant at 12:40pm in Room 160 on the first floor. They'll join everyone in the rotunda as the officiant takes them to the union location. We'd like to ensure there is ample time for everyone to get through security and into the building :)

Question

What to do between the ceremony and dinner?

Answer

This is free time for you to enjoy the building and the city before we meet for dinner!

Question

Why isn't there a registry?
