Wedding Ceremony

3:00 pm

Casual Chic - Coastal Cowboy twist

Our ceremony will take place at Kai’s family farm in Pungo—an outdoor setting we can’t wait to share! Parking is very limited, so please carpool or use Uber/Lyft. We could not stress this enough... even if you don't plan on drinking, please Uber/Lyft. Since we’ll be on the farm, grass-friendly shoes are a must (cowboy boots, Vans, flats, or wedges—no stilettos!). Virginia Beach weather can be unpredictable, so dress in layers. The wedding theme is Coastal Cowboy, so let that inspire your casual chic attire—fall sundresses or boho maxis for ladies, and collared or linen shirts with a nice sports jacket and jeans or pants for men. (Pictures of inspiration are on our website.) We kindly ask guests to wear neutral colors—black, brown, tan, gray, dark olive, or navy. (No bright colors, please.) We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Reception

4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Right after the “I dos,” grab a drink and enjoy hors d’oeuvres under the tents while the new Mr. & Mrs. Bautista snap photos with family and the wedding party. There are no assigned seats—so mix, mingle, and meet new friends! The happy couple will join you for a night of BBQ, bonfire fun, s’more making, dancing, and all the good vibes. Get ready to celebrate under the stars—it’s going to be an evening to remember! (There will be a bonfire and heaters in the tents to keep everyone warm, but please dress appropriately.)
