A bus will be provided to take guests to the venue before the wedding and then back to the hotel after the wedding. The bus will pick guests up to travel to the venue at 2:45pm from the hotel. At 10:00pm the bus will pick guests up to return to the hotel. Hotel check-in is at 3:00pm. Unfortunately early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Check-in can occur after the wedding if early check-in was not possible. Guests can also check-in virtually through the app by creating a Hilton Honors account.
