There will be a shuttle from this hotel to the venue throughout the afternoon and evening on the day of the wedding. Traffic
The venue and hotel are in a little over an hour from Seattle without traffic. Traffic has been getting steadily more congested in Seattle over the last decade. If you head down to Tumwater/Olympia from the airport during rush hour it will take you 2+ hours. If you are coming from Seattle, we recommend making your way to the hotel before Friday to avoid Friday rush hour traffic! The weekend of the wedding is also the University of Washington graduation. If you are looking to stay in Seattle after the wedding (we recommend you do and go explore, plus the backyard hang on Saturday is at the D'Albora's in Seattle!!) hotels in the city may be booked up. We recommend either booking an AirBnb or finding a hotel closer to the airport in SeaTac.
