Welcome to the Kahoiwai wedding schedule.
Here you will find information for the timeline of events for our special day on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Please keep in mind, twilight to sunset hour will be between 6:15 P.M. and 6:20 P.M.
2:00-3:00 PM
Guest should arrive promptly to allow time for parking (please see our "travel" tab for information on parking locations off hotel property) and to find their seats for the ceremony no later than 2:45 PM.
3:00-3:30 PM
The Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.
3:30-4:30 PM
Cocktails will be served near the reception area adjacent to the ceremony location on hotel property.
4:30-6:30PM
Dinner will be served buffet style. Authentic Hawaiian food will be served (please see our "What to Expect" tab for more information about meeting any dietary needs).
6:30-9:00 PM
Dancing and Cocktails will be served until quiet hour at 9:00 pm.
