Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire. Gals: Cocktail, midlength, or long dresses are great! Bridesmaids are wearing light blue. Pals: Suits, or sports coats with nice pants would look awesome! Groomsman are wearing navy blue.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm, with transportation leaving from the marked taxi stand on Water Street approximately every 10-15 minutes starting at 2:30pm. We recommend catching a ride no later than 3:00pm!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to share a personal and meaningful celebration, we are inviting only those specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are Children Welcome?

Answer

We love the little ones (and not so little ones) in our circles, however, our wedding day and evening is an adult only celebration. We appreciate you making plans ahead of time in order to join us!

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on the Sullivan House lawn. Our reception will be under a large tent. Keep this in mind when choosing footwear!

Question

Do I need a car?

Answer

No, you can leave your car on the main land! Transportation will be provided for all wedding related activities that are not walkable distances. There are many shops, restaurants, bars, and beaches all within walking distance on Water Street & Dodge Street should you choose to stay in that area! If you are staying outside of the downtown area, taxis are plentiful.

Question

Can I come to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

While we'd love to spend an extra night with everyone, we have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony!

Question

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, you likely have enough to bring — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you should feel so inclined, please send any physical items to our home address. Otherwise, we have set up a few funds on our registry page if you’d like to contribute! Ultimately though, your presence is your present, and we appreciate that most of all!
