Ben and Dale have been more than just best friends—they’re like family. Their bond began early on through their shared passion for their "baby," Shoreline Painting. Dale took Ben under his wing, and ever since, they’ve been inseparable. From working side by side at Shoreline to fishing trips across the country, their connection has only grown stronger. Ben looks up to Dale like a father, and Dale sees Ben as a son. Whether they’re sealing deals at Shoreline or making memories on diving trips, they truly are two peas in a pod.

Jen and Kaeli met thanks to their wonderful significant others, and ever since their B&B lunch date, their bond has only grown stronger. No matter how much time passes between conversations, they always show up for each other. Jen is someone Kaeli turns to and looks up to for relationship advice and deep life talks. Jen has become one of Kaeli’s best friends and can rely on Jen for anything. Kaeli respects and adores Jen for always keeping it real.

Ryan and Ben go way back to their pee wee days, from playing in Ben’s backyard to hanging out at each other’s houses after school. Growing up just a street apart, their friendship only strengthened over the years. Later, they became college roommates at URI and have continued to show up for each other, no matter how much time passes. Now, their Friday afternoon tee times are a tradition, filled with golf and good conversation. Through it all, Ryan remains someone Ben can always count on in a pinch.

Christine and Kaeli met in December 2022, when Kaeli was new to both the CrossFit world and the area. At the time, she had few friends in Cranston—aside from her soon-to-be husband. They first crossed paths at the Mistletoe Throwdown, a CrossFit competition where Kaeli was photographing the athletes. She remembers briefly chatting with Christine, who had a foster pup with her that day. A few days after the competition, Kaeli reached out to Christine on Instagram and asked her on a coffee date. From that moment on, their bond grew both in and out of the gym. Over the past two years—and now going on three—they’ve shared countless memories, from beach and doggy dates to exciting trips together. Christine has become one of Kaeli’s best friends, and Kaeli absolutely adores her, looks up to her as both a mentor and a role model, and cherishes their friendship immensely.

Luke and Ben became friends thanks to their beautiful wives being close friends. One day, the four of them decided to go out for dinner at Sakura, an amazing sushi restaurant in Providence. After their first meeting, Ben told Kaeli on the car ride home that he really liked Luke and would love to become friends with him. Since then, their bond has only grown stronger through shared interests in golf, guns, and Call of Duty. The couples play together almost every night, enjoying each other’s company and creating lasting memories. As one of Ben’s closest friends, Luke and Ben know how to have a good time, joking about everything and anything. They’re two peas in a pod, understanding each other's humor while also sharing life talks.

Where to begin with Katie and Kaeli? From babysitting Kaeli to wrapping gifts on Christmas Eve, to visiting Katie in Newport at school, and even being one of Katie’s bridesmaids, Kaeli has treasured the memories they’ve created together. Not to mention singing The Little Mermaid for karaoke and seeing the live-action version of The Little Mermaid together, which has become one of their favorite shared moments. Growing up next door to Katie, Kaeli enjoyed being just a walk away to hang out. Katie has taught Kaeli that no matter what happens, no matter where life takes them, she has a family member for life—not bound by blood, but by the consistent love and support they’ve always shared. Kaeli absolutely loves Katie and the deep bond they’ve built. Katie and Kaeli have long text threads keeping up with each other’s lives.

Ben and Matt’s friendship dates back to kindergarten, a bond that’s rare and truly special in today’s world. They’ve grown up side by side, creating memories that have only strengthened their connection. One of their first big adventures together was at summer camp, where they shared countless experiences that solidified their friendship. As they got older, they spent winters snowboarding at Matt’s family condo, where Ben even broke his collarbone. Matt, being the true friend he is, made sure to get Ben back home as quickly as possible to ensure he was taken care of. Their time together didn’t end there—they also lived together in a rental while attending URI, continuing to build on their friendship. Through all the ups and downs, Ben and Matt’s bond has only grown stronger, and it’s a testament to the rare, lasting friendship they’ve maintained over the years.

Casey and Kaeli met at the gym back in 2022. Casey and Kaeli bonded over a hot topic and the two of them just hit it off and soon enough, they were hanging out more frequently. Their friendship blossomed over time, and Kaeli appreciates Casey for always keeping it real. Kaeli admires Casey for speaking her mind and never being afraid of what others think. Going on three years now, Casey has invited Kaeli to her birthday celebrations, girly dinner dates, lunches with the two of them and Christine, and of course, working out together. Kaeli truly values their friendship and is beyond ecstatic to have found such a genuine and caring friend since moving to Cranston. She’s also even happier to be an auntie to Casey and Cliff’s son, Cole.

Whether it’s a big favor or just needing someone to talk to, Ben knows he can call Mike in an instant and count on him for support. Their friendship has stood the test of time, built on trust and the knowledge that they’ll always have each other’s backs.

Kaeli and Carly met at Ocean State CrossFit, thanks to Carly’s now boyfriend Sam, who was good friends with Ben from the gym. Their bond grew after Kaeli empathetically listened and showed up for Carly during a difficult situation. From that moment on, their friendship blossomed, and it’s been nothing short of amazing. Even though they’ve spent time apart, the two continue to cherish their friendship, always finding ways to show up for each other no matter what. Kaeli really admires Carly’s beauty and grace, and she looks up to her for life talks and the wisdom she brings.

Ben and Sam met through Ocean State CrossFit in 2022. From the start, Ben really valued Sam and their friendship. Sam quickly became someone Ben enjoyed having real-life conversations with, as well as someone he could count on for a good time. Whether it was grabbing drinks, lifting heavy at the gym, or just goofing off, Sam has become one of Ben’s close friends. No matter where life takes them, their bond remains strong, and Ben knows Sam will always be there to share in the fun.

Laura and Kaeli met on a cold Thanksgiving day, where they shared some fun waves together, and their friendship took off from there. The two bonded over their shared love and passion for surfing. Kaeli is extremely grateful for how Laura always invites her to surf, even when Kaeli refuses. Laura’s kind gestures mean a lot. In the summer of 2024, Laura and Kaeli went on a trip to Maine and had an absolute blast. They’ve shared many surf dates, coffee dates, and exploration dates around Rhode Island, creating lasting memories along the way. Kaeli is deeply grateful for their friendship and is excited for many more surf adventures ahead!

Logan and Ben were inseparable as kids, growing up side by side and creating countless memories together. They loved staying up late playing video games, running around their parent’s backyard hiding in forts, and traveling to Germany for family trips to visit relatives. Even as time went on, Ben and Logan continued to remain close, like brothers should. As they got older, they shared a love for getting into fun mischief, while also enjoying real-life talks and offering each other support. Now as adults, Logan and Ben still make time to catch up and shoot the breeze whenever they can, proving that no matter how much time passes, their bond remains as strong as ever.

In 2019, Ben met Pat through his brother Logan. Pat was looking for a roommate, and Ben offered to step in. From there, their friendship grew, and the two created a unique bond, especially over their shared love for surfing and the memories they’ve made together. Pat has shown up for Ben in times when he really needed it, like when Ben got a dry suit stuck on him and almost drowned in the bath—Pat was there to rescue him. The two lived together for three years, which only strengthened their connection. Through the ups and downs of daily life, their friendship grew even closer, built on trust, support, and shared experiences.

Ben was pawned off on Chase at the chiropractor’s office he visited, but little did he know, the two would hit it off instantly. Their bond grew stronger when Ben and Chase started playing golf at Lake of Isles, where they even pretended to be brothers to get free rounds of golf. After that, Ben was invited to Chase’s wedding and bachelor party, where they golfed their hearts out. From the beginning, Chase and Ben shared a deep connection, and no matter how busy life gets, Chase always invites Ben on his outings. The two make it a point to golf together at least once a month during the warmer months, continuing to create fun memories on the course. Over the years, they’ve enjoyed multiple trips and vacations together, and Ben has supported Chase in other ways, such as helping with painting needs when Chase opened his chiropractor practice with his wife, Leigh. Ben truly looks up to Chase, as they share the same values and life goals, which has made their friendship even more meaningful. Their bond continues to thrive, built on mutual respect, support, and plenty of good times.
