FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

August 10, 2025

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Dear friends and family, As we approach our wedding day, we feel incredibly blessed to have each of you in our lives. Your love and support mean the world to us. If you would like to give a gift, we would be grateful for a monetary contribution to help us with our future home and honeymoon endeavors. You can find our registry on our Zola website. Thank you for being part of our special day and for your thoughtful generosity. With love, Kaeli & Ben

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guest arrival time is between 4:00 p.m. and 4:20 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please feel free to wear comfortable wedding attire, as this is not a black-tie event.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with all of you! After much consideration, we’ve decided to make our wedding a kid-free event. This will allow us to create a more relaxed and intimate atmosphere for our adult guests. We hope you understand, and we truly appreciate your support. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Please note that parking at the venue is limited, with additional overflow parking available across the street. To make things easier, we will be providing shuttle transportation to and from the hotel.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Kaeli has worked closely with her wedding coordinator, Emily, to ensure that all guests' dietary needs and allergies have been thoughtfully considered. The menu has been carefully planned to accommodate everyone. If you’d like to double-check or have any specific concerns, please feel free to speak with Emily directly on the day of the wedding, and she’ll be happy to assist. Emily has assured us that they will take extra care to keep meat items separate from non-meat options on the charcuterie board, and there will be no cross-contamination in the kitchen. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the celebration!
