Best Man
Luke is my cousin and top competitor for having the most insane, borderline obsessive, sports knowledge. Luke has been one of my best friends for as long as I can remember. Whether it’s Duke, Montana, the 49ers, golf, or really anything, he’s always there to shoot the shit. When he’s not attempting to lose a finger at the Montana Knife Company (just kidding), he’s usually watching the Niners, teeing up, or running around the backwoods somewhere. -K
Maid of Honor
Claire is my longest college bestie. Eight years ago, North Idaho College paired us up as roommates and the rest is history. Who would’ve known that two random kids from polar-opposite ends of Idaho would end up lifelong friends? Claire spends her time these days (far too far, far away) in North Carolina fishin’, runnin’ marathons, and livin’ it up with her fiancé, Christian, and funky four-legged friends, Banjo, Bandit, and Opie. Still holding onto hope that one of these days we’ll end up with our houses right next door to each other, though😉 -E
Best Man
The most mysterious man in the world. Tom and I have been buddies since 3rd grade. We really became best friends in college as we both got our finance degrees at UM, lived together, and traveled together. Tom is a Business Analyst for Frugal’s Corporate, and spends his time in the outdoors whenever he’s not working. He’s the only dude that will find the hardest hike on AllTrails, hike it at an impossible speed, and leave a comment saying it’s too easy! Even though life gets busy, no matter how long it’s been Tom is the type of friend I can pick right back up with anytime. -K
Maid of Honor
Gemma and I met in 2020 after being matched up to live in campus housing together (two for two with the random roommate pairings, haha). Gemma is our longest shared friend here in Missoula and we are so excited that she's been along for this journey. When you need someone to match your energy, Gemma is your go-to! Whether it's a girls-night-thrifting-coffee-disco-ball vibe or more FTC-March-madness-dive-bar-and-wings, I always know who to look towards. -E
Groomsman
Shane and I first met in 3rd grade, and although we began as enemies, we soon turned into best friends hanging out any chance we could all throughout high school. Countless sleepovers playing Xbox until 3 AM, driving around Missoula aimlessly finding something to do. He’s always been there for me when I need him, and will forever be one of my best friends. Nowadays, Shane is building houses, and probably buying a new truck, dirt bike, or 4 wheeler. It may take 4-5 business days to get ahold of him, but when you do, he is one of the most fun dudes you’ll ever meet. -K
Bridesmaid
Greta, AKA G-money, AKA Granny G, AKA my little sister and built-in best friend for life. Known for unpredictable hair changes and crazy nail art, but it truly couldn’t be any other way. G is currently in undergrad studying secondary education and art, doing cool sorority things with Kappa Delta, AND (because that's not enough to keep her busy) a section lead in the Vandal Marching Band. Greta was the second person I called when Kade proposed, and she said she had been waiting and wondering when it was going to happen! -E
Groomsman
Eddy is another lifelong buddy of mine. We both grew up with a huge appreciation for sports, and played flag football and Little Griz together. Eddy lived across the street from our school, so we’d hang out all summer at the playground training for the NFL. He might not have any missing teeth to prove it, but Eddy went D1 for hockey at UM before graduating in business management. These days, you’ll find him coaching youth hockey and winning state championships, or chillin at Red’s watching whatever game is on. - K
Bridesmaid
Ada and I have known each other for the last 20 - YES, 20 - years. Last summer, at her wedding looking back at our first grade class picture we couldn't believe how lucky we are to be able to say that's how long we've held our friendship. It was such an honor to stand alongside her and her now-husband, Asher, last September, and I'm so happy she's here for us for that same reason now! Ada is a musician, a runner, a hard cider connoisseur, and an all-around wonderful person! -E
Groomsman
Dylan is another member of the 3rd grade crew. Unfortunately he is a die hard Seahawks fan, but I have learned to look past that lol. Dylan excelled at playing football and golf in school. Nowadays, he is the assistant pro at the country club. Dylan’s drink of choice is Jameson neat, and he’s got the beard to prove it. He is one of my longest lasting friends, and has always been the kindest, most genuine guy I know. -K
Bridesmaid
Lorri is our next longest Missoula bestie! I met her through Gemma and am honestly the luckiest gal ever to know her. She has great book recommendations, makes some impressive baked goods, and is the most thoughtful and loving friend. She's also a dual-citizen (Italy and USA babyyy, ask her how you're really supposed to say "focaccia" cause you're probably saying it wrong)! Lorri, Gemma, and I started doing "family dinners" every Friday during COVID with our friends, and that's been our foundation. Once Kade came along, he was thrown straight into our craziness and has fit right in! Lorri said it best - here's to a lifetime of family dinners! -E
Groomsman
When we asked Cody for things to best describe his personality, he asked if I could put down “basically anything cool.” That said, Cody is the Jack-of-all-Trades. He’s got a bunch of weird pets, loves the outdoors, is a big gamer nerd, and can’t see green so, to him, Shrek looks like a normal dude. He claims to listen to only heavy metal, but Lorri told us that his secret affinity is for white-girl pop. By day, Cody is a 911 operator, and by night, he is also a 911 operator. When he’s not manning the phones, he’s always down for anything. -K
Bridesmaid
Last but definitely not least of my girls is Steph. Steph is the ultimate planner and adventurer. She loves giving gifts and hosting movie nights. I can always expect a yes from her if I bring up thrifting or Target, and am so glad she remembers to take pictures of everything because I forget every time. And FYI, if you ask her a question and she answers with something totally unrelated, it’s not because she’s crazy (maybe just a little bit) but because she has one bionic ear! 🦻🏼 -E
Groomsman
If you’re looking for someone to get you hooked on home-brewing, Josiah is your guy. Hunting, ice fishing, Legos, and video games are his ball knowledge. He couldn’t pick a struggle so he’s both an EMT and a wildland firefighter, and grew a mustache because that’s one of the job requirements. Josiah is also the type of dude to just always get the joke. He’s a good dude and an even greater friend! -K
Officiant
Burs is Kade’s uncle, and one of the first people on the McWilliams side that Edie met when she was introduced to almost the entire family all at once back in 2021! It only made sense that he be the one to officiate our wedding. He enjoys everything Big Sky Country has to offer as often as he can - fly fishing, hunting, camping, and trail running (like a crazy person!!) with his family, friends, and dog, Rambo. Burs is one of the go-to campsite DJs every Memorial Day and does some killer work on the Blackstone grill to boot. All in all, he’s one helluva dude and we are so glad to have him as our officiant!
Flower Girl
Our smart, sassy, silly niece! Lainey is so fun and we love getting to be Uncle Tade and Aunt Edie for her and Baby Easton. She might ask you to play hide and seek, and if you say yes just know you’re in for at least a one-hour commitment. This kid also knows how to get down, so watch out on the dance floor! 💃🪩
Ring Bearer
E-man is the newest addition to this crowd! He loves to laugh REALLY big, has the sweetest smile, and loves his big sister and his puppies. Easton is truly the coolest little guy. We couldn’t have asked for a better ring bearer! Escorted by Cody Ishler
Parents of the Bride
These two are my fave. I have been beyond blessed to have these two as incredible role models throughout my childhood and into my adult life. Whenever I need advice, my mom is my sage. If I need support, my dad is the first person I call. It's not lost on me that Kade and I are here together now because these wonderful people are on our team. I am honored to be often likened to both of them in many ways by the people who know and love them as much as I do! -E
Parents of the Groom
Growing up, having these two supporting me is something I'm incredibly grateful for. Through school, sports, my career, and every new aspect of life, they have always been right there beside me. I really value the advice they give me when I need it. I've always looked up to my dad. I'm proud to have him as my father, and I hope to one day be as good of a dad as he is. My mom is the strongest person I've ever known and has always been an inspiration to me. I've been extremely blessed to have these two to look up to and guide me through life. -K
