Edie

Welcome to our wedding website! We are so excited to share this next chapter of our lives with you. In 2021, I took a writing class on Zoom. I tried so hard to get out of it, but had to take it. I had no idea then that my future husband was going to be across the screen! A few weeks in, I ended up asking Kade if the burger place he worked at was hiring (they were), and we spent some time flipping patties together. Our first date in Bess Reed Park was in April 2021. From then, it’s been new jobs, new homes, new pets, new adventures, and a whole bunch of fun and growing up with my best friend. I knew I loved Kade when I realized everything was better with him - even during hard times. There’s no one I’d rather experience all of life’s moments with. When he brought me back to the park in May 2025 and asked me to be his wife, I couldn’t stop smiling, and I know for a fact that smile isn’t going anywhere. Thank you for being a part of our lives, whether that’s before we met, during the last 5 years, or for the first time ever on our wedding day this summer. Here’s to jumping headfirst into a new chapter!🥂💍

From our first ever date, I knew that Edie was special. All I wanted to do was spend more time with her. We had class together, worked together, went on dates together, I just couldn’t get enough. I would even invite her to come hang out with me while I worked at the golf course in the summer. I would drive her around in the range cart, picking up range balls. Edie loved and accepted me for who I truly am, but more than that, she helped me grow into a better man. We have grown together, learning new things, and experiencing so many new aspects of life together. I am incredibly happy and blessed to have a woman like Edie by my side. Now, almost 5 years later, I get to call her my bride, and soon my wife. That couldn’t make me more proud. I can’t wait to share that moment with all of you!
