What will the weather be like?

Answer

Typically in early fall Boise stays warm during the day, average temperatures are high of 70F. At night it can get chilly, average low of 45F. Bring sunglasses as it can still be very sunny during the day. It is best to dress in layers.

What is Boise, Idaho all about?

Answer

Boise (pronounced boy-see) is the Capital City of Idaho and nicknamed the City of Trees. Idaho's state fruit is the Huckleberry, our state vegetable of course, the potato. Idaho is called the "Gem State", because nearly every known type of gemstone has been found in the state of Idaho. In 2021 the city's population was 237,446 and growing. The Boise River flows throught the city. The Green Belt is a paved walking/biking path that follows the River and offers beautiful views of the mountains and trees.

Where should we go to eat?

Answer

Downtown Boise is quaint and offers many different resturants and bars to explore. North 8th street is the ideal place to go. You can walk up and down the street and check out all the different places to eat. Eagle, Idaho is where the wedding is being held. There are many delcious palces to eat in Eagle. A few reccomendaions are Ketchum Burrito, Crave, Bardenay Resturant and Distillery and Smoky Mountain Pizzeria and Grill.

How do I get around?

Answer

Boise does offer ride share apps such as Uber or Lyft. You can also rent a vehicle if that is easier.
