Join us in the Glen Arbor Wines tasting room and backyard garden (grab your sweater!) directly following the ceremony; minors are welcome. Consider parking at the Township Hall and enjoying the 5 minute walk through the heart of Glen Arbor as parking is limited. There's some wonderful history to share on this spot as Lissa, with Keefer at her side, founded Glen Arbor Wines in 2017. Lissa spent her childhood summers in the Sleeping Bear Bay area - her grandparents built the Soda Shoppe (now the Western Avenue Grill) and had their home on Lake Street. The Yarn Shop of Glen Arbor (founded by Keefer’s Grandmother in 1955) operated in main building and with a sweet connection between both families, Kaarin’s grandmothers on both sides enjoyed picking out yarn there and her Aunt Nancy made crochet samples for displays! We’re excited to enjoy this piece of Glen Arbor with you.
