Woodstock Inn & Resort

The Inn is where the bride and groom will be staying and where the wedding will be held: including a ceremony in The Rockefeller Ballroom, cocktail hour on the front lawn and a tented reception on the South Garden lawn. From the Inn: Set in the heart of Woodstock, Vermont, The Woodstock Inn hotel invites you to wander along welcoming Main Street, browse restaurants and charming boutiques, and relish in an area rich in recreation and abundant in adventure in the surrounding Green Mountains. Here, thoughtful authenticity blends seamlessly with a classic resort experience to evoke a timeless elegance. As well as an on-site restaurant and bar, the Inn has an outdoor pool, activities center, bikes to ride around town or on the biking trails, and a beautiful 10,000 sq. ft. spa as well with a hot tub, steam rooms, and saunas. They also have a shuttle for all hotel guests that will take you about a mile down the road to their country club and 18-hole golf course, as well as their athletic center which includes tennis courts and an indoor pool. We have a room block reserved at discounted rates, which you can access only by calling their reservation line at 888-278-2735, and asking to book a room in the Drexinger/Salvatoriello wedding room block. The discounted room rates start at $410/night before taxes and fees, and there is a minimum two night stay required (this is true of most hotels in the area). The last day to book as part of the room block is May 5th, 2023. (Please note, this block is almost full as of November 2022. If you find the block is full when you call to book, there are additional rooms available to book through the regular channels on the Woodstock Inn website.)

Killington Grand Resort Hotel

Killington Grand Resort is where the Rehearsal Dinner and Sunday Coffee Hour will be held. Shuttles will be provided from the Killington hotel to the Woodstock Inn and back hourly from 12:00pm until 12:30am on the day of the wedding. From the Hotel: The Killington Grand Resort Hotel sits at the base of the Killington Mountain ski area mountainside. Guests can use the sky bridge access to walk to the Mountain Bike Park and Snowshed Adventure Center (which includes the Beast Mountain Coaster, trampolines, a ropes course and more fun for the whole family). There's an 18-hole golf course on site as well. Enjoy the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs open year-round, or lounge by the firepit and take in the natural beauty of the Green Mountains. You'll find a restaurant and bar on-site, and a convenience store with light meal fare, coffee, snacks, beer and wine. The golf course has its own grill, and just a few miles down the road are lots of cafes and restaurants as well. Manchester-Boston Regional Airport

This is our favorite airport to fly in and out of. It's fairly small and easy to navigate. It's about a 1h40m drive from The Woodstock Inn, 2h10m from Killington Grand Resort, and 1h30m from Hanover, NH.

Flight

Boston Logan Airport

This airport is much bigger and will have way more flight options. It's a little further than Manchester Airport, but there is a coach service to Hanover, NH that's a great option for anyone carpooling with local family for the week of the wedding (see the Dartmouth Coach website for more details). It's about a 2h30m drive from The Woodstock Inn, 3h from Killington Grand Resort, and 2h15m from Hanover, NH.

Flight

Burlington International Airport

This is another small local airport that's easy to navigate. While it's technically a little closer to the venues, it will have the most limited flight options. It's about a 1h40m drive from The Woodstock Inn, 1h45m from Killington Grand Resort, and 1h35m from Hanover, NH.

Travel Note

Dartmouth Coach

Dartmouth Coach offers a great daily shuttle service between Boston and Hanover, and New York City and Hanover, which is where the Drexinger's and Salvatoriello's live. Boston tickets are good for any shuttle once purchased, but NYC tickets must be purchased to reserve a seat on a specific day and time for that couch.
