What is the dress code for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

The dress code is Fun Cocktail. We want everyone to use our wedding as an excuse to dress up, but have fun with it - color, texture, patterns, anything!

Where should I park for the ceremony / reception?

Answer

We recommend that you park at the Facilities Management Plant Parking Lot behind the Campus Center, which is free on weekends. Access to this lot is off South Boundary Street, via Grigsby Drive. To get to the Chapel from the Plant Parking Lot walk up the hill (with the Facilities Management building on your left), cross Jamestown Road, and the Wren Building will be straight ahead. This is lot is walkable to the reception venue as well. Short-term parking can be found along Richmond Road as well as Scotland and Prince George Streets near the Wren Building. Nearby paid parking is available in the Colonial Williamsburg lot at the corner of Francis and South Boundary Streets (P-5) and at the Municipal parking garage at 230 North Henry Street.
