Can I bring my significant other?

Answer

To the welcome event: yes! To the wedding: If your significant other or "guest" is added to your invitation, then yes of course! If not, please check with us first and we will try to work it out for you!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

To the welcome event: yes! To the wedding: If your kids are listed on your invitation, then yes of course! If you have a toddler or an infant that is able to sit on your lap the whole time, then yes. If your child will need their own chair during any part of the ceremony or reception, then please check with us and we will try to work it out for you!

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes. We are getting a wood fired pizza truck and you will be able to put in a custom order for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. There will also be a salad and other snacks that should work for you.

Can I take photos and add them to social media?

Answer

For the welcome event, cocktail party, and reception, yes! Please use our wedding hashtag #juulcaspereverafter so we can keep track of all your photos as well. Our ceremony will be captured by our photographer and we ask that you do not take pictures or have your phones out during this time though.

Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. In the (very unlikely) chance of rain, the venue will provide umbrellas. The reception will also be outdoors, though will be in a fully covered tent.
