Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

January 25, 2026

Question

Open Bar?

Answer

Duh. What kind of people do you think we are? NA Beer? Also, Yes!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your tiny humans, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only children in attendance will be our flower girls and ring bearer. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes—your plus one is welcome! If it was just addressed to you, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thanks for understanding!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Kinda — we kindly ask that guests wear black attire if possible. Think classic, chic, and elegant. Dress it up or keep it sleek, but please stick to all black to match the vibe of the evening.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, Delta Hotels Huntington Mall!

Question

Last day for hotel room block reservations?

Answer

February 10, 2026

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a wedding-day shuttle running from the Delta (Mall Exit) straight to the venue. Please note that the shuttle will only pick up from this hotel, so if you're staying elsewhere, you’ll need to arrange your own ride to the Delta or directly to the venue.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! Everything is happening at the same location, so no need to drive between venues. There’s parking available behind the venue and additional parking across the street in a parking garage. Please note: There’s a state tournament at the Mountain Health Arena (yes, right beside the venue). Parking will be very limited, because of this. Please use the shuttle if you can. If you must drive, plan to carpool and allow extra time to find parking downtown.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony kicks off right at 4:30 PM — no “fashionably late” entrances welcome. We highly recommend arriving by 3:45 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and maybe even snapping a selfie or two. Doors close at 4:29PM… just kidding (kind of).
