And that, kids, is how I met your mother

Kids, here’s something you should know about fate — or, as I like to call it, the universe’s way of messing with you until it gets it right. So, believe it or not, we actually went to the same college. Same campus. Same classrooms. Maybe even the same coffee shop where, But somehow, our paths never crossed. It was like the universe was playing this cosmic game of hide and seek… and honestly, it was winning...or we were just really bad at the seeking. Fast forward a few years, and there we were both swiping through Hinge like it was just another Tuesday night, probably with a bowl of cereal nearby. And then *bam* a swipe right. Suddenly, we’re messaging, trading bad jokes (the kind only get better when you’re the only one laughing), and realizing all those missed chances? They didn’t matter anymore. Because sometimes the best stories don’t start in the obvious places, they start exactly when they’re supposed to. And that, kids, is how a swipe right turned into forever. (And no, I’m not pregnant — we both just really really like How I Met Your Mother! and if you've never watched it here is your sign to start)
