Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is planned outdoors, but since it coincides with the start of the rainy season, we’ll have a tented area for the reception and alternative options in case of rain.

The weather says it is rainy, what does that mean?

Answer

This region usually experiences showers in the afternoon or evening. Even if the forecast predicts rain, you can still expect mostly sunny days with a chance of brief rain later in the day.

Are kids allowed?

As much as we love your kiddos, our wedding will be an adults-only affair. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

We’ve carefully planned most plus ones for our guests. If you feel we may have missed someone, please reach out to us directly.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

YES! (hopefully this is obvious) Please don’t forget to check your passport’s expiration date and make sure you have enough blank pages—we’d hate for you to miss any of the celebrations!

What currency is used locally?

Answer

The local currency is Mexican Pesos. While most places accept credit cards, we highly recommend carrying some cash—either in US dollars or pesos—for tipping, taxis, excursions, and other small expenses.
