How do I RSVP?

Answer

We have an RSVP section on our website. Enter the name of yourself in the search. If you are a couple both of your names will appear. Mark whether you will be able to attend or not as you scroll down. There are a couple more questions as well. If you have questions or the RSVP is not working call or text us and we can either manually do it or fix a spelling.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

4 PM. Keep in mind, you must park in the lot and then be shuttled up to the event site. So give yourself a little time cushion. Guests may arrive as early as 3:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We suggest garden wedding attire, it can get warm in early August in Carmel Valley. However, in the evening hours it could get a little chilly. A light coat would be a good idea.

Can I bring a date?

Our wedding is an intimate celebration. We ask that our invitees RSVP according to who we have specifically invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that children stay with a grandparent or fun babysitter, so that our guests can relax and enjoy an evening of celebration with us.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are 14 on site rooms at Holman Ranch. If any guests want to stay on site please contact us directly. Rooms cost $350. There are other local hotels in the immediate area: Bernardus Lodge and Spa, Contenta Inn, Los Laureles Lodge, and Hidden Valley Inn. We can only personally vouch for Bernardus, but all of these hotels are within easy Uber access if desired.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the event site. There will be a shuttle from the parking lot up to the event site (in the form of golf carts).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not any transportation set up from local hotels to our wedding venue.
