Are children allowed at the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

No. We look forward to celebrating with you at our adults-only ceremony and reception!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate all requests for a plus one; we are only able to accommodate those guests personally invited on your formal invitation.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 5 PM CST.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested— think dark colored suits for men and formal cocktail dresses for women.

Do I need to select a meal preference?

Answer

No. Our wedding will feature a “New Orleans-style” reception which does not require you to select a meal preference as there will be plethora of options available.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will outdoors and the reception will be both indoors and outdoors; the venue has a courtyard which will remain accessible to guests for the duration of the wedding.

Answer

Yes, hotel block information is posted under the “Travel” section of our website.

Are cellphones/cameras allowed during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

No. We respectfully request that you refrain from using your cellphone or camera during the ceremony. We look forward to enjoying an "unplugged" ceremony with every guest fully present in the moment.

Can I post photos to social media?

Answer

Yes! After the ceremony has concluded, please feel free to take and share pictures on social media platforms using the hashtag #BecomingTheBaynhams (Please note the correct spelling of “Baynham” so that we can easily locate your photos on social media platforms).

Where should I park? Is parking free?

Answer

We encourage our guests to Uber/taxi to our wedding as it is an open bar event and we would like for our guests to enjoy it fully while remaining safe. However, if you choose to drive, there is street parking (paid and unpaid) surrounding the venue.

Will masks be required/provided?
