Some common questions we think you might have. Get in touch with us if you have more!
Question

Wait - you're having two weddings!? Which one am I invited to?

Answer

Yes, we are lucky enough to have lived and have family and friends all over the world, and so to make sure we can celebrate with everyone, we are having a Colorado celebration and a Thai celebration. We are inviting everyone to both so that you can decide which one is easier for you to attend (or in case you want to come to both). Please just let us know when you RSVP which event(s) you plan to attend.

Question

What’s the dress code for Colorado?

Answer

Mountain Formal -- that is to say, wear something comfortable, but we will have lots of photographers, so make sure you look nice!

Question

Is there a shuttle to and from Arapahoe Basin for the Colorado Wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles running up and down from A-Basin. Check back on our Travel & Accommodations page closer to the date for all the info you need.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 3 weeks before the date so we can finalize preparations!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have most of what we need, so we are not registering for that many gifts, but we would love it if you would support our honeymoon! We have listed the few gifts we might make use of and what we plan to do for our honeymoon on our Registry page.

Question

I am a vegetarian, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Ricky is a vegetarian too. We will have lots of vegetarian options, but please indicate that you are a vegetarian when you RSVP.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What's the dress code for Thailand

Answer

Semi-formal. We will have monks in attendance for the Buddhist ceremony, so it will be best to dress respectfully, but Thailand is a pretty casual country, and the weather is hot. So wear something respectful, nice, and light. If you feel like wearing traditional Thai dress, that is also encouraged (we will be!). We will provide some more information soon about where to rent Thai dress.

Question

Will the food at the Thai wedding be spicy.

Answer

Depends on how well you can eat spicy food. Most food will not be too spicy, but for some people who haven't eaten much spice, the food will still be spicy.
