Best Man

Andrew & Justin met in geometry class freshman year of high school. They learned that they lived in the same neighborhood and they've been best friends since. Nearly every weekend was spent together playing basketball, swimming, or mountain biking through the trails around Williamsburg (Justin was the cameraman who made sure to capture all the crazy stuff Andrew was doing on the bike). Andrew, Justin, & their fathers do a yearly golf trip to Myrtle Beach each year that is one of their favorite weekends of the year.

Tyler & Justin meet sophomore year, 2013, at Virginia Tech. Tyler picked Justin up to go sledding out at the Moog plant next to Kylene’s Apartment. They had bought a plastic cow troth at Home Depot to try sledding down the hill because Walmart was all out of sleds. The “sled” made one trip halfway down the hill before it experienced a rapid unscheduled disassembly. They have been good friends since, bonding over music (98% music taste match in Spotify), baseball, and most recently Bourbon (unless it’s banned).

Colby & Justin met freshman year at Virginia Tech while playing basketball at McCommas. Many nights spent playing basketball together and tailgating for football games, they still get together to play basketball once a week with our Millwood hoopers group and watch Tech football games.

Paige and Cassidy met through their sorority at Virginia Tech. Paige and Cassidy were sitting next to each other at a sorority event talking about how they were hungry and ready to leave, so they decided to sneak out to go eat at El Rods (the local Mexican restaurant). Paige and Cassidy both like country music and sitting by the beach with some sangria or wine. They share similar values including a love for our families and love for our country. Paige, Justin, Cassidy, and her husband Tyler, go to a Virginia Tech football game each year to support the Virginia Tech Hokies. Cassidy is thoughtful, funny, and an awesome friend!

Olga Kilgore

Paige and Olga met through their sorority at Virginia Tech. Olga was the best sorority "big sister" and took Paige under her wing when she joined Kappa. Olga and Paige have a lot in common. They both enjoy crafting, shopping, and have a similar sense of style. Paige and Olga became roommate's in college and had a blast studying and partying together. Olga is a DIY queen, she is driven, and she is a great mom!

Katie and Paige met through Olga and the three of them became roommates at Virginia Tech. Katie was designated as an honorary Kappa and joined us to all of our sorority events and parties. Paige appreciates Katie's sense of humor and they both bond over being introverted. Katie is kind hearted, smart, funny and an awesome friend!
