Are children allowed?

Answer

Please join us in semi-dressy / garden party attire appropriate for an outdoor celebration in warm weather. Cheerful florals, pastels, earth tones are all encouraged. Ideas For Women: • Cocktail, tea-length, or knee-length dresses • Dressy skirts, trousers, or jumpsuits • Heels, wedges, dressy sandals, or flats • Soft colors and pastels are encouraged but not required Ideas For Men: • Slacks, chinos, khakis, or tailored dress shorts • Collared shirts, polos, or vests • Ties are completely optional and not required

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered in a few places, all of which can be found within our website here on Zola.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have a taco bar that can accommodate a wide range of food allergies and intolerances including those who are vegetarian and gluten-free. Please email us if you have any concerns: Septembersteward@gmail.com

Question

What should I do if I am running late?

Answer

In order to ensure our ceremony is interruption-free, we ask that all guests arrive for the ceremony no later than 2:00 PM. If you are running more than 30 minutes behind schedule, we kindly ask that you refrain from arriving at the venue until 3:00 PM, when our reception will begin.

Question

What can I drink there?

Answer

In addition to ice water, iced tea, and lemonade, we will have a selection of beer, wine, and seltzers available to our guests. All alcoholic beverages must be served by our designated bartender and no hard alcohol will be served or permitted on the property.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have a wonderful photographer who will be onsite to capture our special day in a way that best reflects our vision. We will also have a photo guest book available with an instant camera that we encourage you to use.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All invited guests have been noted by name or relationship to you on your wedding invitation envelope. We have agreements in place with our venue and vendors that limit our ability to modify the guest list at this time. We appreciate your kindness and understanding.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Any auxiliary events where your attendance is requested will be noted within the RSVP page.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available onsite that is just a few steps away from the ceremony and reception area. A parking attendant will be onsite to help facilitate this. If you are planning to consume alcohol, please ensure you have a safe way home. In a critical situation, cars may be left overnight free of charge, and be picked up the following morning in between 10 AM and 4 PM.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Our venue is located about 15-25 minutes outside of Eugene. Given the high number of loved ones in attendance, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation to and from the venue. There is ample parking onsite, along will other options available such as Uber and Lyft.
