2:30 pm - 10:00 pm
2:30 pm
When you arrive, let the ticket booth know you are attending our wedding and you can park anywhere in the main lot for free. Follow the path over the covered bridge to old town Roaring Camp where you will wait to board the train. Choo Choo!
3:15 pm - 3:45 pm
All aboard! We will be taking a 100-year-old steam train through the forest to exchange vows in the Cathedral Redwood Grove. Make sure the groom doesn't peek at the bride who will be entering at the back of the train at the next stop! Sparkling water will be available to bring on the train. Bathrooms are a short walk from the ceremony site, although we suggest using the bathroom prior to departure.
3:45 pm - 4:45 pm
Our ceremony is a few short steps from the train. Wear stable, comfortable shoes as we will be on dirt and it is standing room only. If needed, the ceremony can be seen from the train, so staying seated is also an option. After the ceremony, we will be taking a few photos with the bridal party and a big group shot, so don't wander too far!
4:45 pm - 5:15 pm
Pop some bottles of champagne and celebrate the newlyweds as we ride the train back down to Bret Harte Hall where the real party will begin!
5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
Head to the rustic old barn for appetizers and drinks! Lawn games can be found to the left of the barn.
6:15 pm - 6:30 pm
Help welcome the bridal party and newlyweds to the festivities!
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Dinner will be served buffet style in the barn. Meat and veggie options are available! At this time Roaring Camp is still requiring face masks be worn while getting your food. Stay tuned for updates!
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Grab a glass and toast to the new couple, sample some sweets and kick off your shoes and dance the night away with the Lucky Devils Band!
11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Join us Sunday at Capitola Beach for a casual get together to visit, recap the previous nights events and lounge in the sand. Small bites and drinks will be available. Feel free to bring something to share if you like! Since it is summer, parking may be challenging. The map below is to the public parking nearest the beach. Look for picnic rugs and balloons to find us!
