We will have shuttles for guests to/from Embassy Suites. Please be in the lobby at 4PM. Shuttles will depart by 4:15 so don’t be late! There is also parking on-site at the ranch. If driving, we strongly recommend using the North Gate entrance to Mt. Diablo State Park. Be sure to mention you are attending a wedding at Diablo Ranch to avoid park entrance fees. All parts of the ceremony & reception are outdoors. The ground conditions include pavers, gravel, lawn areas, and hills so please wear comfy shoes. You can expect hot daytime weather (high 80s-low 90s) and cooler evening conditions (mid-60s). Please consider layers.

Justin & Joanna will be staying in Healdsburg for a few days post-wedding. This hotel is located near the wineries in the Dry Creek/Russian River area of Sonoma and about 1 mile from downtown Healdsburg which has great restaurants and tasting rooms. If this hotel is not your thing, there are many cool Air BnB and VRBO rentals available in the area. Everyone will need to book their own accommodations, but the more, the merrier!
