I met Justin in the second grade and we have been best friends ever since. After 22 years of friendship, there isn’t much we don’t know about each other or can’t confide in each other about. I met Erin not much later in junior high and have considered her one of my closest friends as well, even as their relationship began. Thanks to both of you for the privilege of still having such a close friendship and to participate in this celebration between two amazing people.

I am the beautiful bride’s older sister by 5 years. Some of my favorite memories growing up were our family trips to Vegas, Black Friday shopping (before Cyber Monday was a thing), borrowing each others clothes (most of the time without asking first), watching The Hills, The OC, Laguna Beach and singing to Beyoncé in the car. I am sooo excited to see my baby sis walk down the aisle and tie the knot with her best friend. Get ready to ugly cry with me. 😭

I have known Justin my entire life because we are brothers. Though our looks may not immediately reveal our family ties, look harder and you’ll see it. In addition, our personalities reveal the brotherhood to be loud and clear. Erin has been just as much a family member for about half of my life, made family gatherings and parties more fun, and I couldn’t be more excited to seal it in writing.

Erin and I met in junior high, and became truly close friends during our senior year of high school in AP Calculus. We turned our shared struggle with advanced mathematics into a lifelong friendship that luckily includes fewer equations and more happy hours these days! One of my favorite memories with Erin is when we pranked Justin and my husband Charles by covering every inch of their Miata sports cars in pink sticky notes and red heart balloons for Valentine’s Day - it took forever but was totally worth it. I am so proud of everything Erin and Justin have accomplished together and can’t wait to celebrate their love story!

It has always felt peculiar to me when I click so well with someone; it seems as if I'm constantly adjusting my personality to make friends, as a classic people pleaser. So, never did I imagine that I would find one of my closest friends in a freshman class that initially appeared mundane and obligatory. However, from that day forward, we went on to shoot every single video project together because we understood each other and could be ourselves right from the start. And now, he is getting married, and all I can say is that Justin is someone whom I know that even if years go by without seeing him, the moment I meet him again, it will be like being back with someone whom I truly know.

I started dating Josh, the best man, a couple of years ago. Our first double date was with Justin and Erin, marking the beginning of a close friendship between the bride and groom and me. As two career driven women with graduate degrees, the Erins became especially close through bonding over academia, rigorous exams, and starting demanding jobs. We’ve learned to support and encourage each other during especially stressful moments. I most appreciate how easy it is to just hang out with Erin and Justin in sweatpants on the couch for hours, discussing all things serious and silly. Although it’s only been a few years, the friendship between the bride and groom and I is deeply rooted. Thanks, Josh!

We’ve made countless memories as we’ve phased through life, but our bond has always stayed strong. I met Justin in film school at Syracuse University (a decade ago! *shudders*), and we later became roommates with 2 of our other guy friends like real-life New Girl. Justin was Jess, obviously. Erin and I met very early on during pharmacy school and quickly became friends. Some of my favorite memories with her have included studying until 2am while munching on Domino’s, going to Jonas brothers & BTS concert, and religiously watching the Bachelor! I’ve seen how they’ve cared for and supported each other over the past few years and am so excited to be part of their special day.

Erin and I met on the bus on the first day of pharmacy school. I have always self-proclaimed to be a good judge of character and I could sense how kind and genuine Erin was from day one. I can always count on Erin to sympathize with me, whether it be the rigors of our careers or geeking out to BTS. We now share a special bond with 7 other men, iykyk. Sorry Justin! In all seriousness, I’ve seen firsthand how patient, considerate, attentive, and loving Erin and Justin have been with each other – from becoming dog parents to taking momentous strides in their careers. I am so excited to stand next to them as they continue their journey together!
