Pala Mesa Resort

This is the hotel we recommend you stay at for the wedding! It is by far the closest mid-tier hotel to the venue, a short 10 minute drive away, and there is a wonderfulm restaurant/bar as well as a beautiful golf course for you to enjoy. We have rooms blocked for both Thursday 5/23 and Friday 5/24, and we have set up a shuttle to transport guests to and from this hotel throughout the wedding (mostly for those who wish to partake in the open bar). This is also the hotel where we have set up a hospitality suite for family and friends to visit the following day Saturday 5/25 from 9am-3pm. Thursday 5/23 - $179 (+tax) for a Single King or Double Queen Friday 5/24 - $299 (+tax) for a Single King or Double Queen IF THE DISCOUNT CODE DOES NOT WORK, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US BEFORE BOOKING! We will try to increase the number of rooms blocked to make sure everyone gets these rates. PLEASE BOOK SOON so we have time to assess our room block needs! You are more than welcome to call to reserve a room, or follow the below instructions to book online. Online Room Block Booking Instructions: 1. Enter the hotel website URL address: www.palamesa.com 2. Next, from the STAY dropdown menu, select the ‘Book Now’ menu option. 3. Next, select the ‘Advanced Options’ drop-down menu and select ‘I have a Group Number’. 4. Next, enter the group number (alphanumeric code) provided by the hotel for your group. Be sure to enter all caps and no spaces. Thereafter, select the ‘GO’ button. 5. Select the first block listed, “Yamanaka-Ramer Room Block”. The 2nd option WILL NOT WORK. 6. Next, only rooms available within the group block will display the group rates as well as the respective date range. Click the ‘View More Info’ button based upon the room type selected. 7. Next, select the ‘Book Room’ button on the right to book your reservation. Note: You may shorten (not extend) your dates of stay by using the edit option.

Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15

As a more affordable alternative, please consider staying at Quality Inn Fallbrook I-15! It is the only other option within 10 minutes of the venue, though we were unable to get a room block for the wedding. *Please note that the free shuttle to and from the wedding will NOT be able to stop here.*

Flight

SAN – San Diego International Airport

San Diego is the closest airport to the primary hotel and our venue, though John Wayne, Los Angeles, and Burbank are all still viable options! Keep in mind the below ETAs do NOT account for traffic. San Diego (SAN): ~1 hr Santa Ana/John Wayne (SNA): ~1 hr 20 min Los Angeles (LAX): ~2 hr Burbank/Bob Hope (BUR): ~2 hr

Rental Car

Please Make Your Own Arrangements

We do NOT have any discounts or group rates to offer on rental cars or other means of transportation to Fallbrook. For those flying in, we encourage you to coordinate with family or friends local to Southern California who are also attending to carpool to the wedding site as a more affordable option. Please reach out to Erin or I if we are the only locals you know and you can't rent a car! We might be able to help :)

Shuttle

Pala Mesa Resort – Fallbrook Estate

May 24, 2024 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We've arranged a shuttle service to take guests from Pala Mesa Resort to our venue, as well as return them at the end of the night. This is on us! We highly encourage you to use this option if you intend to drink. UPDATE: Shuttle pickup will be in the guest parking lot by building F5! The first pick up from the resort will be at 5pm and ending with the last drop off back at the resort at 11:30pm. Please be sure to let us know if you plan to use this option in your RSVP!
