All RSVPs will be electronic. Click on the 'RSVP' tab at the top of the website and enter your name in!

When can I book my room?

Answer

Our venue has a variety of rooms available to book onsite. Please check the Travel tab for additional information and the link to book your accommodations. If you would prefer to book your accommodations off-resort, you may book at your leisure.

Do I need to stay at Beaver Meadow's Resort?

Answer

No, but we'd love for you to so that we can maximize the time spent with you! Other nearby lodging includes Marr's Mountain Cabins, the lodging at The Golf Club at Fox Acres, or local AirBNB/VRBO listings.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

The Bride and Groom kindly ask you to refrain from bringing anyone who is not listed by name on your formal invitation.

Where are the events being held?

Unless noted otherwise, all events will be held at Beaver Meadows Ranch

"But what should I wear?" - the Grinch (and you, probably)

Answer

Garden Party Formal attire is requested for the ceremony and reception. Preferred colors are shades of pink, purple, orange, red and blue. Bright Patterns and fun textures are encouraged! Suggested outfits for men: suit, or sports jacket with slacks. Ties are optional. Suggested outfits for women: Formal pantsuit, cocktail dress, or formal gown are welcome. Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The dinner will be held indoors, with an outdoor reception to follow. Colorado summers bring fluctuating temperatures. Please prepare to have a light jacket for after sundown.
