Casual Dinner & Drinks

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

WHAT TO EXPECT: If you’re around, join us for a casual dinner at one of Puerto Vallarta’s most famous taco spots, known for its al pastor. This is a relaxed, drop-in gathering with no pressure to attend. Afterward, we’ll head to The Gusto Lounge for drinks! Both locations are within a 4-minute walk from our hotels and are cash-only. PRO TIP: If the grungy charm of Pepe’s Tacos and The Gusto Lounge isn’t quite your vibe, or if you didn’t bring much cash, El Andariego is another great option nearby with exceptional breakfast and dinner, plus they accept credit cards.

Welcome Dinner

5:30 pm - 9:30 pm

DRESS CODE: Tropical resort casual. Ladies can wear sundresses or midi dresses, and gentlemen can opt for linen pants or nice shorts with a lightweight button-down or polo. Sandals are perfectly fine – we'll be in the sand!

WHAT TO EXPECT: Just a 3-minute walk from our hotels, join us at El Barracuda for the best piña coladas in town. We’ll have our own section right on the beach. We’ll be covering food and up to four drinks per guest. If you’d like additional drinks, please note that this venue is cash-only.

Wedding & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:45 pm

DRESS CODE: Tropical formal. Ladies, think vibrant colors or florals paired with a floor-length dress. No whites and preferably no black/grey either. Goal is light & bright! Gentlemen, lightweight suits or linen slacks with a dress shirt are perfect (no Hawaiian shirts).

GETTING THERE: A shuttle will be waiting outside the Villa Premiere at 4 PM to take guests to the venue. It will depart promptly at 4:15 PM, so don’t be late! If you miss the shuttle, plan to Uber to the venue and arrive by 4:45 PM, as the ceremony begins right at 5 PM. WHAT TO EXPECT: The reception and open bar will begin at 5:30 PM and continue until midnight. There will be plenty of food, including options for dietary restrictions. The main course will be a taco bar starting at 6:30 PM. LEAVING: A return shuttle will depart at midnight to bring everyone back to the Villa Premiere. If you plan to leave earlier, no problem at all – Ubers should be readily available.

WHAT TO EXPECT: We’re keeping the morning low-key, so feel free to join us for breakfast across the street or simply swing by to say your goodbyes! But no hard feelings if you need to make a quick getaway either!
