Casey and Justin meet late June 2007, when Samantha (her best friend) invites her down the shore for the week with her family in LBI! They spend the whole week hanging out with the cousins and Justin's friends. They get many ice creams at Skipper Dipper and consider forming a bike gang. The song of the summer is Buy U A Drank by T Pain.

On July 7, 2007, Casey returns home from the shore and gets in a minor car accident as a passenger that night. When she is at the ER at JFK Hospital, Justin texts her to check up on her - this is the first time they "talk". Shortly after Casey reveals her crush to Sammy on AIM. This is where Casey and Justin really fall in love.

Casey and Justin formally start "going out". Every weekend their parents drive them back and forth from Jersey to Staten Island. Back then, they had "limited texting" plans (which they always went over) and the Outerbridge Crossing toll was only $6. LOL

Casey and Justin move into their first small apartment together in Fords, NJ. They start their collection of animals when they get their dog, Mac and their cat, Gus. Also, a chameleon- RIP Steve. Two apartments, one near fatal accident and two more cats later, they now live happily in Metuchen together.

After being together for half of their lives, on their SIXTEENTH anniversary of dating, Justin proposes to Casey. She says YES obviously. Mac helped (sort of).

Finally, seventeen years in the making - Casey and Justin will finally tie the knot in an intimate ceremony surrounded by close family and friends at The Old Franklin Schoolhouse. A reception with friends and loved ones will follow at the Metuchen Inn.
