How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by following the website or QR code provided on the invite.

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by April 30, 2025. This will allow us ample time to provide our vendors with an accurate head count. If you are unable to attend, we still ask you let us know as early as possible. Formal invites with RSVP information will be sent out closer to the wedding.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the outskirts of the golf course and the reception will follow inside the ballroom. In the event of inclement weather, both the ceremony and reception will take place in the ballroom. We recommend choosing shoewear that will allow comfort and ease while walking on grass!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to make sure you're seated and comfortable on time.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal or cocktail attire is requested and fun, comfortable dancing shoes are encouraged! Because it'll be spring in Ohio, we recommend checking the weather the week of (or let's be honest, the day before) and planning your outfit accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limitations in budget and venue space, we are not able to accommodate additional guests. Therefore, we ask that guests please not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Due to limitations in budget and venue space, we are limiting young children at the ceremony and reception to close family members only. Please refer to your invite/RSVP card for the total number of guests invited from your household. We understand that it is difficult to leave your children for a night, so we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available right outside the ballroom entrance (on the side of the building facing the indoor tennis courts) and around the back of the building. Simply follow the driveway in and park in any open spot! Handicap parking is minimal, so please plan accordingly.

I have dietary restrictions, how can I let you know?

Answer

Please specify any dietary restrictions on your RSVP profile so we can pass that information along to our caterer.

Are there hotels in the area?

Answer

There are numerous hotels within 10 minutes of the venue and we are currently working on securing hotel blocks for your convenience. Check back soon and see the "Travel" section on our website for additional details.
