Is there parking available?

We highly recommend taking Uber or Lyft as parking is limited, and so you don't worry about driving! The 1909 is located at 1909 N. Topanga Canyon Blvd in Topanga, hidden down a hillside. While The 1909 does not have its own designated lot, there is plenty of parking along the roadside. There will be an experienced parking attendant directing guests to the best spot so please find him or her and follow the instructions. As this portion of Topanga Canyon Blvd is curvy and more rural, please use caution when crossing the road!

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Can I bring a date?

Although we'd love to meet everyone attached to our closest friends and family, we have a limited number of people allowed at the venue. But all are welcome to the beach, of course.

What should I wear at the wedding?

Answer

Garden Cocktail Attire. Play up the natural surroundings and feel light, fun and airy. Tuck a flower in your hair, rock a fun hat or ditch the tie -- lots of wiggle room for personality! While we should have warm weather, consider bringing a shawl or light jacket as the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will take place outdoors. The grass is a little soft and the stairs are a little steep, so please keep that in mind when choosing what goes on your feet!
