Circa 2012 - JoTeshia (Jo) is the sister & best friend the bride never knew she needed. It all started at Lady Foot Locker in Rivergate Mall, where customers would always confuse one for the other. This confusion would blossom into a lifelong sisterhood. We love like sisters, fight like sisters, make up like sisters, annoy each other like sisters - because we are. Together and apart, Jo is forever embedded in the bride's heart.

Circa 2017. Two young women from Michigan crossed paths during a six week training period at a new job in Nashville. Who would've thought taking calls would result in annual travel, countless hours of fellowship, wiping each others happy and sad tears, and watching each other's lives blossom for the better - while rooting for each other throughout the journey. Racquel (Rocky) has changed the bride's life in countless ways that she will forever love Rocky for, and she's beyond BLESSED to have one of her best girls walk her down that aisle.

Circa - 2016 God always kept the bride & Diamond near each other. Before knowing each other the two always has each other's back and were never far from each other (ask Diamond about needing a pencil & paper at a pivotal time in our lives!). God aligned us to be side by side, or front and back, in sisterhood where the term "dynamic duo" did not serve enough justice for them. And this was just the beginning. Diamond is one of the brightest souls the bride knows and adores. Diamond lights up every room she walks in. Diamond is truly a girl's (my) best friend. The bride couldn't ask for a more pure soul to help her get down the aisle!

Najah's infectious smile, energy, and determination to anything she sets her mind to makes her the obvious best pick to help get the bride down the aisle!

Circa 2019 - Who knew a tweet would grow into an everlasting friendship. Kenyana (Yana) is the ultimate friend, the epitome of graceful, patient, and selfless. A girl's day dinner turned into two 100lb girls trying to stuff a full-size mirror into a little Ford Focus, then carrying the full size mirror up flights of steps into an apartment. And many quests later the bride would do it all over again (and probably will) because Yana is so deserving and worth every step the bride tripped up. Yana, get this bride down the aisle!

Circa 2000 - The bride's FIRST best friend (and she doesn't let anyone forget it!) and Asia met in kindergarten at Thomas White Elementary School. When the bride says they grew together - these two had no choice but to grow! From moving schools to moving states, their friendship always remained solid. When one is down, the other picks their sister up. When one needs redirection, the other guides. When one needs love, the other pours into the one in need. It's been this way for over 20 years, and it's going to keep going that way.
