Train

From New York City

For guests traveling by train, NJ Transit offers a convenient option from New York City. Friday travel: The Raritan Valley Line runs from New York Penn directly to White House Station, which is a 4-minute car ride from our venue. There are a few direct trains throughout the day, and if the timing of one of those works out for you, this can be a simple one-seat ride. If the direct train schedule doesn't work for you, the Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast Lines offer more frequent departures from New York Penn Station to Newark Penn Station, where you can transfer to the Raritan Valley Line. Saturday travel: The Raritan Valley Line does not run all the way to Whitehouse Station on the weekends. If you plan to take transit on Saturday, the last stop will be Somerville Station, which is a 15-minute car ride from the Ryland Inn.

Train

From DC or Boston

Guests traveling from Washington, D.C. or Boston may find it easiest to take the Amtrak to Newark Penn Station or New York Penn Station, which offer convenient onward travel by NJ Transit, car, or ride-share. Flight

International Guests

For guests arriving internationally or from elsewhere domestically, flying into Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) offers the most convenient option. From there, take the AirTrain to the Newark Airport Railroad Station (served by NJ Transit) and continue onward by train, or travel by car or ride-share. The Ryland Inn Hotel

The Ryland Inn is completing construction on a boutique hotel located on the same property as our event venues. The hotel will open in Summer 2026, and a limited number of rooms will be available for our guests. Room rates and booking info will be shared here as soon as reservations open.
