Wedding Party

Meet the family and friends who are accompanying us on this great adventure.

Tabby Brobston

Marlow's Creature of Honor

Tabby and I can't quite remember when we found our way into each other's lives, but we sure bonded quickly. It started over a shared love of games and literature to Tabby becoming the person I share absolutely everything with (other than Juniper, obviously!) She's the one I call late at night when I'm driving home and the one I text when I'm having a hard day.

Meg Locey

Juniper's Maid of Honor

Meet Meg, my maid of honor and one of my favorite people since we first met at Hood College in August of 2012. From nights spent studying and laughing at the silliest things to some of the toughest days, Meg has been there for me with unwavering support, and I can't imagine doing this without her there beside me. Even with thousands of miles between us, Meg is never more than a message or phone call away and is always willing to help in any way she can.

Megan Rhen

Marlow's Wedding Party

I met Megan in 2016 when I was working as a vet tech. She's an incredibly smart technician and she taught me so much. We bonded quickly over our love of exotic animal medicine, as well as our love of anime and video games.

Cat Castelvecchi

Juniper's Wedding Party

Say hi to Cat, or as I've always called her, Epsilon! She's been a constant in my life since 2010 and a part of many a silly escapade, both at Camp Kittamaqund, where we met, and in the world at large. Our shared love of bad reality TV and animal crossing got me through the pandemic, and she was one of my first friends to meet Marlow in the earlier days of our relationship. Our wedding day wouldn't be complete without her, and I'm so excited to have her here with us!

Krystal Guelette

Marlow's Wedding Party

I met Krystal online through a mutual friend in 2013, though she says our friendship was cemented in 2014 when I drew a picture of her Neopet character as a birthday present. She knows me so well that when I told her about my engagement, I didn't even have to ask her to be in my wedding party. In fact, she declared herself part of it before I even had a chance to ask.

Courtney Lapsley

Juniper's Wedding Party

Meet Courtney! We met at an admitted students weekend for Hood College because our overnight hosts were friends, and we all hung out together, making her one of my first college friends. We didn't exchange any information that weekend, but come move-in day, it turned out we were right across the hall from each other in our dorms, and our friendship has been a constant ever since. Courtney's contagious laughter can brighten any room and I'm so excited to have her by my side for such a monumental event in my life.

Kailani Smith

Flower Girl

Kailani is Megan's daughter and Marlow has known her ever since she was born. They babysat every week from the ages of 3 months to 3 years. This isn't her first rodeo either. She was the flower girl at her Aunt's wedding a couple of years ago, so in her words, she "knows what she's doing."

Ember Bright

Flower Girl

Ember is Marlow's step niece. About a month younger than Declan, she's going to be adorable toddling down the aisle.

Erin Kelly

Officiant

Erin is Marlow's older sister. She got ordained last year and Juniper and Marlow will be the first couple she marries.

Declan Vaughan

Ring Bearer

Look at this cutie! Declan is Juniper's first nephew and just the sweetest little boy in the world! He will be toddling down the aisle with our rings and will look adorable in his bowtie!

Caitlin Kelly

Marlow's Maid of Honor In Spirit

My niece, Caitlin, was my original Maid of Honor. She unfortunately passed away in October 2023. To honor her memory and her place in the wedding party, the Ring Bearer's pillow as well as ribbons will be made from her Maid of Honor dress.
