What is the encouraged attire?

Answer

We invite you to dress in classic garden party attire. For ladies, we suggest elegant tea-length dresses in light, airy fabrics and soft summer colors, paired with comfortable shoes suitable for an outdoor grass setting. For gentlemen, suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt are encouraged; lighter colors and breathable fabrics are ideal for our celebration.

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. The ceremony will be outside in a grassy field so wear shoes that can withstand the terrain. The reception will take place in a covered pavilion.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the Bride and Groom will take 30 minutes to soak in the moment, grab a bite to eat, and sign their marriage license. This is a great time for guests to head up to the reception space, find their seats, and grab a refreshment.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM. We encourage you to arrive around 4:00PM to find parking and make your way to the ceremony space.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. If you have questions please reach out to the bride.

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in Newberg, OR right in the middle of wine country. There are lots of beautiful rental houses in the area. It is also not far from both Portland or Salem Oregon if you want to find a hotel in those neighboring cities.

Please RSVP on our website by June 1st, 2026.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

We will be providing pizza, salads, and refreshments at the reception.
