Question

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 9th

Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Evening Formal. Fall in Virginia can be fickle. We aren't anticipating it to be too cold, but we recommend bringing a light jacket, shrug or shawl for cool evening weather.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Important, please plan to arrive at 4:15 pm. There is only one elevator to access the venue and the Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

Question

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes, there is FREE parking at the venue! Continue to the end of N. 14th Street and go left - Top of the Town's private parking lot is about 100 feet up on the right, facing the Prospect House entrance. *Remember to enter Top of the Town through the N. 14th Street entrance. If you will be enjoying our signature cocktails, PLEASE do not drive. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis in Arlington. Local hotel information can be found under TRAVEL.

Question

COVID-19 health and safety measures

Answer

We want everyone to be able to feel safe and relaxed during our wedding celebration! For the safety of all our loved ones, be prepared to show proof of vaccination or a recent negative coronavirus test (dated Nov 4-6, 2021). A photo of the vaccination card hiding DOB can be emailed in advance to either address at the top of this page. Though the ceremony is outdoors, it is close quarters and though the indoor capacity will be less than 50% occupied, the vaccinated may still opt for masks but masks are a must for the unvaccinated and immunocompromised or those at a higher risk of getting a severe infection. Venue staff are following state and local health safety measures. There are hand sanitizers throughout the venue and masks are available. Thank you for allowing us to be responsible hosts.

Question

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Both! The reception and dinner will be indoors, but there is a beautiful outdoor feature to this venue that we can't wait for you to experience. Consider a shawl or scarf for the terrace.

Question

Can I post pictures of the wedding?

Answer

Of course! We can't wait to see all of the pictures everyone is able to take from the evening. Don't forget to use our wedding hashtag #JulietandMattrimony We ask that you PLEASE refrain from using your phones/taking pictures during our ceremony. We want everyone to be in the moment with us!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the ceremony or reception.

Question

The party's over and I shouldn't drive. May I leave my car overnight in the Private Lot?

Answer

Top of the Town will allow cars to stay parked overnight but must be retrieved by noon the next day. Cars left parked are at owners' risk.
