Matt and Juliet met in the Summer of 2012 on campus at George Mason University, and began dating after Juliet asked her friend to give Matt her number. They have been on numerous adventures together, including CAPS games, all around the country of Ireland, and back and forth between the east and west coasts of the United States. They bought a house in Lorton, VA in early 2018 and have a happy furmaly of two kitties and a German Shepherd dog. Fast forward to 2020, during the world's biggest global pandemic, Matt took Juliet out to Old Town Alexandria before the state went into total lockdown, and he shocked and surprised her with a beautiful proposal along the water. Now, the next chapter is being written, and they are so ecstatic to see you at their wedding!

I want to take a minute to express my gratitude for my friends and family who are invited to this event. Due to budget restrictions and pandemic-induced complications, we can't have every one of our friends or family from afar celebrate with us. Despite travel and health complications, loss of family or loved ones, and other hardships, I appreciate every single one of you for taking the time out of your lives to be with us on this truly special, memorable day in the DC area.
