We are so excited to welcome you to Cedar City! This small town has lots of charm and you can find breathtaking redrock views just a few minutes away (see our "Things To Do" page). We are honored and thrilled to have you there with us to celebrate our special day and we hope you enjoy your visit to Cedar City! Please note that because it's peak tourist season in Cedar City due to the Utah Shakespeare Festival, we were unable to secure a wedding hotel block. However, we do have two great hotel recommendations that we encourage our guests to lodge at. Also, we've included travel options and tips below about how to get to Cedar City.

Hotel

Best Western Plus Cedar CityBest Western Plus Cedar City

50 West 200 North, Cedar City, UT 84720

This is our top choice due to it being walkable to downtown and our Welcome Reception. However, if rooms are sold out or you would prefer a more premium hotel, the Courtyard by Marriott is our next choice and is only a short drive from downtown.

Hotel

Courtyard Cedar City by MarriottCourtyard Cedar City by Marriott

1294 South Interstate Drive, Cedar City, UT 84720

Our more premium recommendation. It is a short drive away from the activities and charm of downtown Cedar City.

House Or Rental

AirBnbAirBnb

Cedar City, UT

Are you traveling with a group? If so, consider booking a house through Airbnb or Vrbo. If you book a house, just keep in mind that you may not be walking distance from downtown and the Welcome Reception.

Flight

Las Vegas - Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)Las Vegas - Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)

If you are flying in, the most economical option is to fly into Las Vegas and rent a car. The drive to Cedar City takes about 2 hours but it's an easy drive through iconic Utah landscape.

Flight

St. George Regional Airport (SGU)St. George Regional Airport (SGU)

St. George is a short 45 minute drive to Cedar City. This is a great option if you want to save time on driving! However, keep in mind that flights into St. George may be limited.

Flight

Cedar City Regional AirportCedar City Regional Airport

If you would like to fly directly into Cedar City, the town does have a small regional airport that you can fly into. However, the only flights directly into Cedar City are from Salt Lake City so you will need to fly into Salk Lake first. The upside is that you won't need a car if you go with this option!

Travel Note

Driving to Cedar CityDriving to Cedar City

If you're coming from Southern California, it's about a 7 hour drive to Cedar City. The drive itself is easy and goes by fast - it's essentially driving to Las Vegas and then driving another 2 hours to Cedar City. We do the drive with our family (and Bash) every year and can attest to it being an easy trip (with plenty of rest stops and charging stops along the way)!
