Where should I stay when in town?

How will I get to the venue?

Answer

We will be offering shuttle service to and from the venue from the Staybridge hotel so you can safely get to the wedding and home after a night of fun. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:30pm to arrive at the venue at 5pm. This is the only shuttle that will be taking to the venue. There will one shuttle leaving the reception at 10 pm taking you straight back to hotel and another at 11 pm taking guests to Moontower Saloon for our after party and then back to the hotel after it drops guests off there. You can also easily order an Uber or Lyft from the hotel if you would like. If you have a rental car or your own car, you are also welcome to park at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Our event is dressy casual. It's an outdoor Texas winery in the spring! Please no jeans.

Will the ceremony/reception be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside in a shaded area. The reception will be in an outdoor covered tent. Temperatures in Texas in April are typically in the 60-70's. Keep an eye on it in case you need a jacket!

Are there any other events I should know about?

We will be hanging out at Moontower Saloon on Thursday, April 20. Feel free to swing by for a drink or a bite to eat from 8pm-9:30pm.
