Our amazing friends Justin Hamana and Karen Malpica did our beautiful Save the Dates and we are eternally grateful! Keep an eye out for more work from them at the wedding.
Beautiful! (We hope.) Temperatures can range from 70-80s in the day to 50s in the evening. It’s basically spring or early fall so you likely won’t regret planning some light layers.
Unfortunately, Orlando and the surrounding areas are not known for their public transportation. We are working on arranging for a shuttle to and from the venue from the hotel for the day and evening of the wedding. For hotel information see the Travel Page.
The ceremony will begin at 3:30 but you are welcome to arrive beginning at 3 PM..
Stilettos are not recommended. The day will mostly be outside and we all know how well heels do on grass, So you’re welcome! Be comfy! Also the venue has an antique porch that is damaged by stilettos and so we are asked not to wear them (if you were still on the fence.)
Walt Disney World is about 40 minutes to an hour away down the ever under construction I-4. Universal Studios is probably 30-40 minutes. We will be unavailable to assist in any arrangements near the time of the wedding.
There is a lake on our wedding venue’s property which is unbarricaded and unattended. For the safety of our guests and their children we will be putting up lit markers as suggested landmarks of where is “too far.”
