Question

When are RSVP's due?

Answer

Please return the RSVP card mailed with your invite before Friday October 21st. After that, if you want to join us, please bring your own chair, flask and sandwich. :)

When I RSVP, what do you need?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday October 21st by returning the RSVP card you received with the invitation. You will see a list of entrees. Please put the invited guest's initials next to the entree of their choice. For example, if John and Mary Smith were invited, they would put JS next to John's choice (probably steak) and MS next to Mary's choice (she also likes steak).

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

We can only accommodate food allergies and know of two people who have them (we won't "out" you here!) Check in with Michael or Julie BEFORE October 21st if you have an allergy we don't know about. We will not be able to make last minute changes once catering is set.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We don't care what you wear we are just glad you are sharing the day with us! The ceremony is outside so you may want to bring a warm coat for the 30 minutes you are out there. It's a beautiful view so we couldn't resist the location! Once inside it is plenty warm and they usually have a fire going in the lobby fireplace. After you consider that, wear comfy shoes for dancing the night away!

Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

Yes, however the hotel has a policy that all guests must valet park (see website for current valet charges). Just pull up to the front door and they will handle the rest.

What kind of drinks will be offered?

Answer

There will be an open bar with beer, wine, bubbles and liquor for the cocktail hour and reception. There will also be soft drinks and water available. The after party at the lobby bar is not included :)

How many people will be attending the wedding?

Answer

While we have a lot of friends and family, we really want to keep the event intimate with those closest to us. Thus, there are no more than 80 people invited to this one. :)

Are kids invited?

Answer

Yes and no. :) We are including nieces, nephews and Godchildren. Your Save the Date and formal Invitation includes all the names of those invited. If you are not sure, just reach out to one of us ahead of time!

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes. The hotel block information is under The Location tab. The room block will be available until either it fills up or by October 21, 2022. At either of these points, there is no guarantee that a room will be available at the hotel or at the room block price. The hotel room costs are not covered by the bride/groom.
