Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
The ceremony is outside under a pavilion. It is December in NC so it could be 45 or it could be 75. Watch the weather if you need to bring a coat! If the weather is really bad, they will move it inside and make that call 24 hours in advance.
Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Cocktail Hour is in the hallway just outside of the upstairs ballroom. You can get to the ballroom from the lobby either by stairs or elevator. This event is indoors :) This hour gives the wedding party time to take some beautiful photos while the sun is setting.
Dinner & Dancing!
5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Get ready for some fun! Look for your table and enjoy a plated dinner (per your RSVP dinner choice). Then, the dancing starts and the party will go until 9:30pm with drinks, cake and more!
After Party
9:30 pm
For this part of the evening, you are on your own. We wanted to let you know that the lobby bar usually closes at 10pm but if there are people at the bar they will leave it open. So, if you aren't quite ready for bed after the reception, head down to the bar at 9:30pm and keep those bartenders busy! (we may just join you...maybe) :)
