FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know if you’ll be joining us by Thursday, September 3rd, 2026. Your timely response helps us finalize all the details and make sure there's plenty of food, drinks, and fun to go around! You can RSVP on our website.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We love celebrating with all the important people in our lives, but due to venue capacity and our desire to keep things intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your kiddos, but this celebration is just for the grown-ups! We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off — fancy outfits, good food, dancing, and no bedtime routines in sight!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While we won’t be providing group transportation, the venue is easily accessible by car, and there is ample parking available on-site. Our venue is conveniently located just outside of Beaverton and Hillsboro, accessible by Uber or Lyft. If you’re staying at one of the nearby hotels, feel free to coordinate with fellow guests to carpool. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about directions or parking!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be available on-site, and since the ceremony and reception are all taking place at the same location, you’ll only need to park once. Easy and convenient — just the way we like it!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM so we can get started right on time! Arriving a little early will give you plenty of time to find your seat and settle in before the ceremony begins.

Question

What should I wear/what will the temperature be like?

Answer

We’re going for semi-formal chic — so look sharp but stay comfy! No need to wrestle with ties or break out the heels unless that’s your thing. Portland in October can be a bit of a weather diva: fingers crossed for sunshine, but rain might crash the party. When the sun sets, it tends to get pretty chilly, so bring a snazzy jacket or a cozy sweater — perfect for dancing the night away without turning into a popsicle!

Question

What's the closest airport?

Answer

The nearest airport is Portland International Airport (PDX), located about 30 miles from the venue. It’s the most convenient option for most guests traveling from out of town.

Question

When should I arrive in town?

Answer

We recommend arriving by Thursday, October 1st and staying through Sunday, October 4th to soak up all the fun and festivities! Of course, these are just suggestions — come whenever works best for you. Just make sure you bring your adventure hat and party shoes. We just want to make sure you have plenty of time to explore our beautiful state of Oregon and enjoy the celebration with us!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’re excited to kick off the weekend with a Welcome Party on Friday night from 7:00 – 9:30 PM at the Cornelius Pass McMenamins. Everyone invited to the wedding is welcome to join us — kids included! Food and drinks will be available for purchase on site. We can’t wait to see you there and start the celebrations early!

Question

What is there to do in the area?

Answer

Portland’s got a little something for everyone — whether you’re a foodie, nature lover, bookworm, or just here to sip some amazing drinks! We have plenty of suggestions for activities listed on our travel page of this website. If you have any specific questions or if nothing that we've recommended suits your fancy, please feel free to reach out to Julie or Matt, and we can provide more recommendations!

Question

What if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Answer

No worries at all — we’ve got you! Just let us know about any dietary needs when you RSVP (there’s a spot for it on the form) or reach out to us directly.
