What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The wedding will be outside in the gardens & under a pavilion, weather permitting. The grounds have cobblestone and brick walkways so plan footwear accordingly.

Are children allowed?

Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.

When can we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony seating will begin at 4:30 PM with the ceremony beginning promptly at 5 PM.

What about inclement weather?

Answer

While we hope this doesn’t happen, our venue has multiple inclement weather options. We will check the weather forecast and provide updates to the website details as needed.

Will there be an open bar?

Is there transportation?

Answer

Transportation is on you so plan accordingly. The venue is only about 15 minutes from downtown Charlottesville. Lyfts/Ubers would be a great option to schedule as well!
